1. Go for a daily calorie deficit of at least 300 calories.
2. Drink at least 2 liters of water per day, even mix it with fresh lemon juice.
3. Do an intense 10-15 minutes morning workout. 
4. Massage your thighs, stomach area and arms with a massage brush almost daily.
5. Replace table salt with sea salt to avoid water retention.
6. Try to consume not more than 1400 calories per day.
7. Stay active as much as possible. Even consider taking some dancing classes 2-3 times per week, cause it is really fun.
If you do all these you should easily boost your metabolism and lift your metabolic rate up to 2000 calories per day.
