Food like vegetables, fruits, legumes and grains are healthy for the body and at the same time giving you the energy you need. You really need to avoid foods like sugars, junk and fatty dairy foods as they have a lot of fat content in them. And DRINK A LOT OF WATER. This is important as it help your body accommodate for the high calories burn in the body.
Step 4: stay in the race, do not give up– remember this, the goal is 30 pounds. Do not give up when you find it that you are not losing weight as fast as you wanted. Fast weight loss doesn’t happen in a day, it takes time to see the results. Some of the ways to stay motivated are: to track the progress so far, curb your appetite and to remove the “tempting” junk food at home.
Some people will try to recommend the taking of high burning fat drugs but this is not an advisable way as some of the drugs come with their own set of complications to the body. It is better to stay save and be patient as you see how you turn up from your own hard work.
